Terms and Conditions – PKRFun Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

By accessing pkrfun.biz, registering an account or using any service offered by PKRFun, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and not register an account.

1.1 Age Requirement

PKRFun is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit or place any bet. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. PKRFun may request age verification documentation at any point. If verification cannot be provided or if it confirms that you are under 18, your account will be closed immediately and any funds may be withheld pending investigation.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

PKRFun operates for users accessing the platform from Pakistan. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of pkrfun.biz is lawful in your jurisdiction. PKRFun does not accept liability for users who access the platform in violation of local laws. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited must not use PKRFun.

1.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one PKRFun account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under different identities — is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. Any winnings derived from multiple accounts will be voided and funds may be forfeited.

2. Account Registration and Security

When you register a PKRFun account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, Pakistani CNIC number, date of birth, mobile number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Accounts created with false information are subject to closure without notice.

2.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. PKRFun strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication from your account security settings. You must notify PKRFun support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. PKRFun is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

PKRFun may require you to complete identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or at any point deemed necessary. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and proof of ownership of your payment method. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals in PKR

All PKRFun transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). PKRFun accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000.

3.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your PKRFun balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. Deposits via bank transfer (IBFT) may take up to two hours during banking hours. PKRFun is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile money provider. If a deposit does not reflect in your balance within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to bank accounts via IBFT are typically processed on the same business day. First-time withdrawals may be subject to additional KYC checks. PKRFun reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending identity verification or fraud review. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

3.3 Deposit Limits and Currency

PKRFun operates exclusively in PKR. There are no foreign currency transactions on this platform. You may set voluntary deposit limits on your account at any time from your account settings. These limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Reducing your limit takes effect immediately.

4. Sports Betting and Esports Betting Rules

This section covers the rules applicable to all sports betting and esports betting markets on PKRFun, including cricket betting (PSL, Pakistan internationals, T20 World Cup, Tests and ODIs) and esports markets (CS2, Valorant, Dota 2, PUBG Mobile, FIFA and others).

4.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted subject to available balance in your PKRFun account at the time of placement. The minimum bet across all sports and esports markets is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed on each market before you confirm. PKRFun reserves the right to set individual account bet limits at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified.

4.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the applicable governing body. For cricket, this means the result as confirmed by the ICC, PCB or relevant cricket board. PKRFun uses official sources for result confirmation and will not settle bets based on unofficial or unverified result claims. Settlement typically occurs within 30 minutes of an official result being confirmed.

4.3 Abandoned and Voided Matches

If a sports event is abandoned before an official result is possible, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned to your PKRFun balance. For cricket matches reduced in overs due to rain or other interruptions where a result is determined under DLS method, the DLS result is treated as the official outcome and bets settle accordingly. Specific rules for each match type are detailed in the relevant market's rule sheet, accessible before bet placement.

4.4 In-Play Betting

PKRFun offers live in-play betting on eligible cricket and esports events. In-play markets are suspended and reopened at the platform's discretion. Bets placed during a market suspension will be voided and stakes returned. PKRFun is not liable for connectivity or technical issues that prevent you from placing an in-play bet. Odds displayed during live play update continuously and represent the best available price at the time of your bet confirmation — not the price at the time you first viewed the market.

4.5 Error and Palpable Error Policy

If a market is made available with an obviously incorrect price — for example, a palpable error where odds are significantly misquoted — PKRFun reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies to clear and obvious errors only. PKRFun will contact affected players when this occurs.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

PKRFun offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events like PSL season and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is claimed, in addition to these general bonus terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in each offer's specific terms. For example, a welcome bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 2,000 bonus means you must wager Rs 20,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Uncompleted requirements at the end of the validity period result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

5.2 Game Contribution Rates

Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Sports betting and Teen Patti typically contribute 100% of each wager. Jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate, which is stated in the relevant bonus terms. Live casino games may have variable contribution rates. Checking the specific bonus terms before wagering is your responsibility as a PKRFun member.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

PKRFun actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk hedging strategies, or coordinating with other accounts to exploit promotion terms. Detected bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6. Live Casino and Card Game Rules

PKRFun's live casino section — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and other live dealer games — operates according to the rules displayed at each table before the player joins. By sitting at a live casino table on PKRFun, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the table-specific rules in addition to these general terms.

6.1 Technical Disconnections

If a technical disconnection occurs during a live casino hand after bets have been placed and the dealing process has begun, PKRFun's system records the hand outcome. If the result can be confirmed from the recorded feed, bets will be settled accordingly. If the outcome cannot be reliably confirmed due to a technical fault on the PKRFun side, the affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. Disconnections caused by your own internet connection are not covered by this policy — the outcome stands.

6.2 Dealer Decisions

The dealer's actions in live casino games are final once the dealing process for that round is complete. Dealer calls, card values and game outcomes are confirmed from the studio's camera recording. Any dispute regarding a live dealer outcome must be submitted to PKRFun support within 24 hours of the relevant hand, with the specific round time provided. PKRFun reviews all dispute submissions with reference to the studio recording.

6.3 Side Bets

Side bets available on PKRFun live casino tables — such as Pair Plus on Teen Patti — are governed by the rules stated at each table. Side bet stakes are separate from the main game stake and are settled independently of the main game outcome.

7. Responsible Gaming

PKRFun takes responsible gaming seriously. This is not a policy statement — it reflects a genuine operational commitment. We believe that every player has the right to enjoy PKRFun as a form of entertainment without it causing financial harm or personal distress. The following tools are available to all PKRFun members at no cost and with immediate effect.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period. Once reached, betting and casino play is paused until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to alert you when you have been active on the platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from the platform for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. The restriction takes effect immediately.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from PKRFun. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PKRFun. Engaging in any of the below may result in account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in doing so to exploit promotional offers or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, system glitches or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to PKRFun support immediately.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a PKRFun account for money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity. PKRFun is required to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Sharing or selling your PKRFun account access to another person.
• Attempting to access other members' accounts without authorisation.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games — for example, sharing hand information in Teen Patti or Baccarat.
• Placing bets in circumstances where you have privileged insider information about the outcome.
• Any conduct that PKRFun reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, its other members or its reputation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on pkrfun.biz — including the PKRFun brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics and data — is the intellectual property of PKRFun or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any PKRFun content without prior written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

PKRFun provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we take every reasonable step to ensure platform availability and accuracy, PKRFun does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. PKRFun shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, delays in bet placement or settlement, or errors in odds display that are corrected prior to bet settlement.

PKRFun's maximum aggregate liability to any individual member in respect of any claim is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from fraud or wilful misconduct by PKRFun.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

PKRFun reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A player has provided false identity or payment information.
• A player has self-excluded and subsequently attempts to re-register.
• A player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• PKRFun is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed due to verified fraud or prohibited conduct, PKRFun reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.

You may close your own PKRFun account at any time by contacting support at support@pkrfun.biz. Any outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed via your last used withdrawal method within 5 business days.

12. Amendments to These Terms

PKRFun may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes that affect your rights or obligations as a PKRFun member, we will notify you via the email address registered to your account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not accept the updated terms, you must stop using PKRFun before the effective date and contact support to close your account and receive any balance due.

If you are not satisfied with PKRFun's resolution of a dispute, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process detailed in your account dashboard. PKRFun is committed to fair and transparent resolution of all player concerns.
