Account — Registration, Login & Profile

Registration on PKRFun is straightforward. Open pkrfun.biz, click "Register" and fill in your full name (as on your CNIC), your 11-digit Pakistani mobile number (03XXXXXXXXX), your email address and a secure password. Confirm you are 18 or over and agree to the Terms. Submit the form and you will receive a one-time SMS code to verify your number — enter it to activate your account. No. PKRFun allows only one account per person, per household and per device. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically by our systems and will be suspended. If you have forgotten your login details, use the "Forgot password?" link on the Login page to recover your existing account via SMS. Creating a second account to claim a bonus a second time is treated as a breach of PKRFun's Terms and Conditions and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You must be at least 18 years old to register on PKRFun. Your date of birth is collected during registration and verified during the KYC process before your first withdrawal. PKRFun uses technical and manual checks to prevent underage access. If we have reason to believe an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and any balance held pending investigation. This is a strict rule — not a guideline.

Go to pkrfun.biz and click "Login". Enter either your registered Pakistani mobile number or your email address, then your password. If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, you will also need to enter the SMS code sent to your mobile. Full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal on PKRFun. You do not need to complete KYC to register, deposit or play. To verify, submit a clear photograph or scan of your CNIC (both sides) through the KYC section of your account dashboard. PKRFun processes KYC documents within one to two business days. We recommend completing KYC as soon as you have made your first deposit so your first withdrawal processes without delays.

If you are logged in, go to Account Settings → Security → Change Password. If you are locked out, use the "Forgot password?" option on the Login page — enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and an SMS reset code will arrive within 60 seconds. Enter the code, set your new password and log in. Passwords must be at least 8 characters. PKRFun recommends using a unique password not used on other platforms.
Deposits — Payments & Funding Your Account

All transactions on PKRFun are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign exchange fees, no currency conversion. Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are credited to your PKRFun account instantly under normal operating conditions.

The minimum deposit on PKRFun is Rs 500, regardless of which payment method you use. This applies to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT and Visa/Mastercard deposits equally. There is no restriction on how many deposits you can make, though your personal deposit limits — which you set yourself in your responsible gaming settings — may cap the total you can deposit over a given period. Rs 500 deposited equals Rs 500 credited — PKRFun charges no deposit fees.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits to PKRFun are credited instantly under normal conditions — typically within 60 seconds of completing the transaction on your mobile wallet. If your Easypaisa or JazzCash deposit has not appeared in your PKRFun account after 5 minutes, check your mobile wallet transaction history to confirm the payment was completed successfully. If the payment shows as completed but has not credited to PKRFun, contact our 24/7 support team at support@pkrfun.biz with your transaction reference number.

IBFT bank transfer deposits to PKRFun typically reflect within one to two hours during standard banking hours (Monday to Saturday, 9am–5pm PKT). Transfers made outside banking hours, during public holidays or on Sundays may take longer — typically reflecting on the next working day. If your IBFT transfer has not appeared within two working hours during business hours, contact PKRFun support with your bank transfer reference number and the exact amount transferred for a manual credit check.

PKRFun does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. Every rupee you deposit is credited to your account in full. However, your own payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may charge their standard transaction fees for outgoing transfers — this is outside PKRFun's control and varies by provider. Check your own mobile wallet or bank's fee schedule to understand any charges on their end.
Withdrawals — Cashing Out Your Winnings

To withdraw from your PKRFun account, go to Account → Withdraw, enter the amount you want to withdraw (minimum Rs 1,000) and select your preferred withdrawal method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay or IBFT bank transfer. Ensure your KYC verification is complete before requesting your first withdrawal, as unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals. Verified accounts process withdrawal requests within the standard processing times listed below.

The minimum withdrawal on PKRFun is Rs 1,000. This applies to all withdrawal methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash and IBFT. There is no maximum withdrawal limit stated at account level, though very large withdrawals may be subject to standard identity and source-of-funds verification in line with PKRFun's compliance obligations. Your account withdrawal history is visible in full from your account dashboard.

PKRFun processes withdrawal requests as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 2–4 hours of approval during business hours. IBFT bank transfers typically arrive within one to two business days. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 3–5 business days depending on your card issuer. Withdrawal processing does not begin until KYC verification is complete on your account. All withdrawal timings are for verified accounts — unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.

Common reasons for a withdrawal delay include: KYC verification not yet completed, outstanding bonus wagering requirements on your account balance, a security review triggered by account activity, or a technical issue with your chosen payment channel. Check your account dashboard for any outstanding KYC or bonus requirements. If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than the standard processing time and there are no outstanding requirements, contact PKRFun support at support@pkrfun.biz with your withdrawal reference for an immediate status update.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to real money by meeting the wagering requirements stated for each bonus. Once the wagering requirement is completed, the resulting real-money balance can be withdrawn normally. A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) means you need to bet the bonus funds a specified number of times before the winnings from those funds become withdrawable. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling Rs 20,000 using the bonus funds before withdrawing any resulting balance. No. The PKRFun welcome bonus is a one-time offer for new members — one bonus per person, per CNIC, per household and per IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times is a breach of PKRFun's Terms and Conditions and results in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds. PKRFun has ongoing promotions and reload bonuses for existing members that are communicated via SMS and your account notification centre.

If you prefer to play without bonuses, you can opt out in your account settings under Bonuses → Opt Out. Once opted out, no bonuses will be credited to your account and there will be no wagering requirements on any deposits. This is a permanent setting until you choose to opt back in.
